Real Praia Hotel - Aracaju

Well located, clean, good appearance, diverse breakfast, good restaurants nearby.

All was perfect.

- They corrected mistakes fast - Rather good room service

- The WIFI did only work in the reception except between 00-04. - The quality of the beds were poor. Bed was a board with some padding (4 cm). - Quality control did not work : Sometimes dirty bedlinen was put on the beds and they were almost always forgetting a few new towels - Poor quality in the washing service returning not entirely clean clothes.

Location near good restaurants and seaside activities

Food, although the breakfast had a lot of diversity, it was not prepared with caress. The cost of this hotel is not par to other equivalent hotels in the neighborhood, sometimes even cheaper, on fact, it looks like the proprietary is very cheap! Not even shampoo were available in the rooms.

Our Christmas at this hotel was great! The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The breakfast had all we need: fruit, pastries, and delicious coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room was lovely and clean, with a cozy bed and a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved spending time on the balcony, watching the sunset.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the price was a bit high for what was offered. We were expecting the pool to be bigger, and the gym equipment was old and not well-maintained.

The lack of blankets and hot water service in some rooms can be frustrating.
